JOB OVERVIEW

Phenix Health has 4 different softwares that form an integrated workflow for healthcare clinics. These softwares are relatively new and have been in operation following beta testing for the last month. We are looking to onboard & train clinics onto the software.

Our company provides services to patients and software to clinics for their patients. You would need to work well with our internal team and the external clinics.

We are looking for a person that has technical experience in support Level 1 & 2. Is great at providing assistance to the Australian market. Preferred experience with Healthcare software.

Must be able to assess and intuitively work through the Clinic's problem. Identify the problem and attempt solutions. Maintaining customer satisfaction is paramount. If the issue needs to be escalated to a IT developer clear instructions must be given so that they can undertake whatever correction or troubleshooting is required.

Provide support and summary daily back to the management team. Develop a process that would allow another support person to cover the remaining hours. We would ideally have a 9am - 6pm day M-Sat. With one agreed weekday off.
Clear English is required.
