We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our team. This is a remote, part-time role for someone with deep expertise in technical sourcing and a strong ability to identify the right candidates for startup companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify top technical talent (e.g., engineers, data scientists) using tools like LinkedIn, Betterleap, and other tools.
- Analyze candidate backgrounds to ensure a strong fit with hiring company needs, with a focus on product-first startups.
- Understand and evaluate the nuances of engineering roles
- Craft tailored outreach messages to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to prioritize sourcing needs and deliver pre-screened candidates who meet role requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sourcing activities in the ATS/CRM system.
Key Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success sourcing engineers and technical talent, ideally for startups or fast-paced organizations.
Startup Savvy: Familiarity with startup hiring environments and the types of engineers who excel in them.
Nuanced Judgment: Ability to differentiate between engineers suited for product-first companies versus enterprise settings, even with similar technical skills.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and
Strong Communication: Excellent written skills to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages.
Process-Oriented: Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver consistent results while working independently.
