Squarespace Web Designer (Production Focus) + GHL Layout Support

Remote | Independent Contractor | Some overlap with AEST timezone preferable

We are looking for a visually skilled Squarespace Web Designer to support a growing design studio that works primarily with natural and allied health practitioners.

Our studio builds calm, high-trust digital experiences that feel grounded, earthy, and premium — not loud, corporate, or overly “techy.”

Alongside custom Squarespace websites, we also operate Alvé ---------- , a marketing platform built on GoHighLevel that helps practitioners manage their websites, funnels, email marketing, and automations in one place.

This role will focus primarily on Squarespace website builds and revisions, with occasional support creating layouts inside GoHighLevel.

What You’ll Be Doing

Squarespace Website Builds

• Build page layouts using Squarespace Fluid Engine
• Implement design revisions from client feedback
• Upload and format copy and images
• Adjust spacing, typography, and layout for visual balance
• Ensure mobile responsiveness across all pages

Website QA

• Check links, forms, and mobile layouts before launch
• Ensure pages follow brand styling and maintain design consistency

GHL Layout Support (Occasional)

• Create simple opt-in pages or funnel layouts in GoHighLevel
• Apply brand styling to funnels and landing pages

Adhoc assistant tasks:
- Scheduling email campaigns
- creating portfolio mockups
- posting portfolio and blogs to pinterest

Our Design Style

Our clients are primarily wellness practitioners and natural health professionals, so our design style typically includes:

• neutral and earthy colour palettes (sage, sand, terracotta)
• generous whitespace
• calm, premium typography
• thoughtful imagery that feels organic and authentic

We are not looking for designers who rely on loud colours or overly “template-looking” layouts.

Ideal Candidate

You might be a great fit if you:

• have 2+ years experience building sites in Squarespace
• have strong layout and typography skills
• are comfortable implementing revisions quickly
• can work efficiently across multiple projects
• pay close attention to visual detail
• communicate clearly and professionally

Experience with GoHighLevel is helpful but not essential.
