360 KamRA Booth is a dynamic photo booth company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for every event from corporate gatherings and weddings to baby showers and more! Founded in 2022 by Kamara & Rhys-Ashley, our company name is a blend of both our names with a playful nod to the camera at the heart of what we do. Our mission is simple: to make capturing memories effortless, enjoyable, and stylish. With our slogan, “Putting our spin on vibes and enjoyment,” we deliver a smooth, stress-free service that leaves a lasting impression.

Over the past two years, our journey has been filled with success. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to expand our brand.

Currently, we operate two innovative booths:
-360 KamRA Booth: Capturing high-quality 360° videos that allow guests to pose, dance, and celebrate in an immersive experience.
-360 Selfie KamRA Booth: Offering traditional photo booth fun with high-quality instant prints perfect for keepsakes.

Our plans include launching a third booth and boosting our digital presence with a dedicated corporate Instagram page and an expanded LinkedIn strategy to drive more bookings and brand visibility.

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and proactive Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This role will be central to building our brand identity, increasing followers, and ultimately generating more bookings for our unique photobooth experiences.

What You’ll Do

Manage Social Media Accounts:
-Oversee and create content for our LinkedIn profile, the 360 KamRA Booth Instagram, and our Corporate Instagram page.
Ensure our brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all channels.

Content Creation & Scheduling:
-Develop and schedule engaging posts with a minimum frequency of three times per week on each Instagram page and once a week on LinkedIn.
-Plan seasonal and event-specific campaigns that highlight our photobooth magic.

Audience Engagement:
-Actively engage with followers by responding promptly to comments and messages, building a loyal and interactive community.
-Cultivate relationships with key industry figures, including venues, agencies, and event planners.

Growth & Performance:
-Implement innovative strategies to increase followers and drive meaningful engagement.
-Utilize clear calls-to-action in posts to convert engagement into bookings and enhance overall performance.

What We’re Looking For

Social Media Expertise:
-In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and their algorithms, plus experience with tools like Hootsuite or Later.

Content Creation & Creativity:
-Strong visual and written storytelling skills with a flair for creative content.
-Basic design proficiency (experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

Strategic Thinking:
-Ability to set goals, track key metrics, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
-Keen insight into trends, audience behavior, and marketing best practices.

Excellent Communication:
-Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage both online communities and internal teams.

Proactive & Organised:
-Demonstrates initiative and common sense by planning ahead for seasonal campaigns and staying ahead of trends.
