Jersey Goals is a fast-growing e-commerce brand and social media platform dedicated to soccer fans. We sell high-quality soccer jerseys while delivering engaging football-related content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage our social media presence and e-commerce store.

Responsibilities: Social Media Management

- Schedule and post content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube

- Engage with followers (reply to comments, DMs, and interact with soccer-related trends)

- Research and suggest trending content ideas (Upgrade to see actual infos, challenges, and viral videos)

- Track social media performance using analytics tools

E-Commerce Support

- Manage product listings on WordPress (WooCommerce)

- Process and track orders, refunds, and customer inquiries

- Ensure inventory is updated and accurately displayed

- Assist with email customer support

General Admin & Data Entry Tasks

- Manage inbox and organize communications

- Maintain a content calendar for social media post

- Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations

- Keep track of marketing campaigns and promotions

- Perform data entry tasks to support business operations

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience as a VA, social media manager, or e-commerce assistant

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms

- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce (preferred but not required)

- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines

- Passion for soccer/football is a plus!

Work Hours & Expectations

- Full-time (40 hours/week, semi-flexible hours)

- Must complete assigned tasks within deadlines

- Must have a stable internet connection and reliable laptop
