Levental Holdings is seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental Growth Strategist to lead the expansion of our Airbnb portfolio, optimize occupancy rates, and develop high-impact marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portfolio arbitrage, lead generation, and short-term rental market growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Portfolio Expansion: Identify and secure new rental properties through arbitrage, leasing, and acquisitions.
-Occupancy Optimization: Implement pricing strategies and lead generation tactics to maximize bookings and revenue.
-Marketing & Branding: Enhance Airbnb listings, execute digital marketing campaigns, and leverage social media for guest engagement.
-Partnerships & Negotiations: Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate professionals to expand the business.
-Market Analysis: Research trends, competitive pricing, and new revenue opportunities in the short-term rental sector.

Qualifications:
-Proven track record in Airbnb portfolio growth, short-term rental arbitrage, or real estate marketing.
-Experience with lead generation, dynamic pricing strategies, and digital marketing for short-term rentals.
-Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
-Familiarity with tools such as AirDNA, PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, and CRM platforms.
-Highly analytical, results-driven, and self-motivated.
