JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly creative short-form video editor to produce animated, high-energy video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Edit punchy, scroll-stopping short-form videos (15–60 sec) for Meta ads
- Add dynamic motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and effects
- Cut hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds
- Sync edits to trending audio/music and pacing
- Iterate quickly based on ad performance feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience editing short-form video ads (TikTok/Reels/Meta style)
- Strong skills in animation and motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of what makes ad creatives convert
- Fast turnaround and ability to handle volume
