Service Accommodation Lead Generator

We're a serviced accmodation company based in the UK. We mainly operate in Birmingham and London, and now are looking to expand our portfolio by taking more property for management.

Commision based: $120 for every agreement signed (no cap)

For each property taken, the revenue should be over 2800 pounds already.

It's better you already have experience about sourcing in UK SA industry and know how everything works.

What you need to do:
Reach out to hosts/landlords:
1. Identifying Airbnb hosts in the UK whose listings show signs of underperformance — poor photos, inconsistent pricing, low review scores, gaps in their calendar, or slow response times. Reach out to these exist hosts using Airbnb platform, introduce our service and start a conversion. Explaining the benefits of professional management and how we can improve their occupancy, revenue, and guest reviews.
2. Find landlords/hosts on Facebook Group, introduce our service and grenrate leads. Or, post ads on Facebook to attract them.
3. Any other ways you can think about, as long as it works.

Follow up and input leads to CRM
1. follow up by either sending email, calling, or sending Whatsapp message
2. use CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel...) to generate and manage leads
3. send these qualified leads to us to get commission

If you do a good job, we can turn it into a long-term job (with a base +commission).
