About Us
Hey there! We’re Absolute Websites (
We’re a structured and process-driven web development agency focused on delivering high-quality website solutions for local and international businesses. We are based in Cyprus (Europe) and specialize in WordPress-based business and e-commerce websites. We also offer long-term retainer services for ongoing website maintenance and improvements.
We are not a short-term gig or an unstructured, chaotic agency. We operate with clear workflows, milestones, and project scopes, ensuring our developers enjoy predictable workloads and a stable, long-term opportunity.
As we scale, we are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer to join our team and take ownership of website development projects. You’ll be working on business websites, e-commerce stores, and retainer-based projects, helping us to deliver cutting-edge, awe-inspiring websites that meet the highest quality standards.
Why You Might Enjoy Working With Us:
- Stable, Long-Term Opportunity: This is a full-time, long-term role, not a one-time project. Your work will directly contribute to the core function of the company.
- Exciting & Varied Projects: Work on a diverse range of WordPress and WooCommerce websites with well-defined scopes and deliverables.
- Growth-Oriented Culture: We value developers who contribute ideas and help improve our workflows, systems, and processes.
- Process-Driven Work Environment: No last-minute chaos or unreasonable expectations. We follow structured workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency.
- Quality Over Speed: We prioritize high-quality development, ensuring long-term maintainability and success over rushed projects.

- Documenting technical solutions to contribute to ongoing process improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Client Communication Responsibilities:
