We are growing fast and are looking for a Senior Ticketing & Support Agent who is detail-obsessed, technically sharp in Sabre, and genuinely passionate about helping clients.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
• Monitoring existing PNRs for quality assurance (schedule changes, name/date accuracy, ticket deadlines).
• Creating and managing reservations in Sabre for our clients.
• Handling refunds, exchanges, and coordinating with accounting for accuracy.
• Creating frequent flyer accounts and ensuring details are captured correctly.
• Booking directly on airline websites when fares aren’t available through suppliers.
• Proactively assisting clients with changes, disruptions, and travel-related questions.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years experience in airline or agency ticketing
• Advanced Sabre knowledge
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High resilience under pressure — you enjoy fast-paced, detail-heavy work
