Overview:
Taylor Robinson Music (Upgrade to see actual info) is a music-ed technology company looking for a telephone sales representative to work a full-time, remote position. The role would entail joining and growing a team that helps prospective students find and book private music lessons with our nationwide network of certified, private, music instructors. We are a fast-growing, web-based, start-up on a national expansion. We need someone to join our team to work passionately in a small group setting.

Our startup is growing fast. Since our opening in Dallas, we've grown our instructor network to over 19,000 nationwide. This has led us to sign partnership deals with multiple international instrument manufacturers and distributors. In addition, we have also recently been featured on ABC's very popular "Shark Tank" show! We are expanding at a breakneck pace but make no mistake, this is a PASSION PLAY if there ever was one. Job Details:
--Join and grow a team that receives incoming sales calls and handles incoming customer accounts. We only take incoming calls and make follow-up calls and emails to customers that reach out to us first (so no cold-calling) but please be aware that the job calls for 3+ hours on the phone a day. Applicants should be personable, of high social intelligence, and like to talk to all sorts of people.
--Come from the US or international if with a strong American accent.
--Sell music lesson packages to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
--Work closely with customer service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
--Work with instructors to make sure they have questions answered and are matched with the students that sign up with them through the website.

--Flexible scheduling available. Early shifts and late shifts available. Full time and fully remote.
