Senior Systems Engineer / Administrator (Level 2 & 3) – IT Managed Services

Our company is expanding, and we’re looking for talented IT professionals to join a team where management truly values and supports its employees! We are a growing IT Managed Services Provider seeking Level 2 and 3 Senior Systems Engineers/Administrators. We offer competitive compensation, paid time off, paid holidays, and yearly bonuses.

Location: US East Coast – Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday
Note: Only candidates with prior experience working these hours will be considered.

Requirements:
Mastery of English in speaking and writing
Minimum 8 years of IT experience as a Level 2 or Level 3 technician

Extensive experience in:
Firewall administration including VLAN configuration (SonicWall and Ubiquiti experience a plus)
Backup solutions such as Axcient
Full Windows Server migrations
Hyper-V virtual machine management
Advanced end-user support for L1/L2 escalations
Group Policy Management

Experience with ConnectWise Manage and RMM tools is ideal, but not required

Previous experience working EST (day or night) hours
