Senior React & Supabase Lead (AI-Native)

BMB Synq is a fast-growing e-commerce ecosystem platform. We are building and migrating our systems using modern technologies such as React and Supabase. AI powered tools like ---------- v and Cursor are integrated into our development workflow. We are a lean team that values speed, clarity and strong technical architecture.

We work AI first. If you prefer to code everything manually and dislike using AI tools to accelerate development, this role will not be a good fit. If you enjoy combining AI tools with high quality engineering, then this position is ideal for you.

As the Senior React and Supabase Lead, you will take full ownership of the technical direction of our platform. You are responsible for code quality, system stability and delivering high value features.
Your responsibilities include:

1. High Speed Development (AI First)
Use AI tools such as ---------- v, Cursor and Claude to quickly build UI and standard logic
Reduce manual boilerplate work by applying effective prompt engineering

2. Architecture and Supabase Ownership
Design and maintain the complete Supabase backend
Manage database schema, authentication, Row Level Security (RLS), Realtime and Edge Functions
Ensure the platform is secure, scalable and well structured

3. Complex Logic and Custom Development
Write high quality TypeScript when AI tools reach their limits
Build and maintain API integrations
Debug and fix advanced logic issues

4. Platform Stability
Ensure reliable uptime and smooth operation
Resolve critical production issues during working hours

Requirements (Must Have)

Technical Skills:
Minimum of 5 years senior level experience with React and Next.js
Deep expertise in Supabase including RLS, Auth, Realtime and Edge Functions
Strong TypeScript skills

AI Mindset:
Skilled in using AI developer tools such as ---------- v, Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT
Able to create strong prompts and iterate rapidly

Communication:
Excellent English communication skills
Able to explain technical concepts clearly in simple business language

Comfortable making technical decisions
Able to work in a fast paced environment


Nice to Have
Experience with e-commerce platforms
Experience with CI or CD pipelines, testing and observability
Previous technical leadership experience
Familiarity with high traffic systems or large scale data
