English Requirement (PERFECT)

Your English must be perfect, both written and spoken. Not “good”. Not “almost”. Perfect.
You will be communicating directly with founders and documenting technical decisions clearly.

Role

You will be the React + Supabase technical owner for the platform. This is a long-term position for someone who can deliver consistently, communicate perfectly, and build safely.

Responsibilities
1) High-Speed Development (AI-First Execution)

Use Cursor / ---------- v / ChatGPT / Claude to build UI and standard logic quickly

Write strong prompts and iterate efficiently

Move fast without breaking production

2) Supabase Ownership (Backend + Security)

Design and maintain Supabase architecture

Manage: DB schema, Auth, RLS policies, Realtime, Edge Functions

Ensure security, scalability, and clean structure

3) Advanced TypeScript + Integrations

Write high-quality TypeScript when AI reaches limits

Build & maintain integrations (APIs, webhooks, external services)

Debug complex issues and deliver stable fixes

4) Platform Stability

Keep production stable and reliable

Fix critical issues during working hours (no disappearing)

Requirements (Must Have — No Exceptions)
Technical

5+ years professional experience in React / Next.js

Strong TypeScript skills

Deep experience with Supabase: RLS, Auth, Realtime, Edge Functions

Proven ability to work on production systems (not just tutorials)

AI Workflow

Real experience using AI dev tools: Cursor / ---------- v / Claude / ChatGPT

You can explain how you use AI (prompting approach, verification, refactoring)

Communication

Perfect English spoken + written

Able to explain complex technical topics in simple business language

Proactive updates, no vague answers, no hiding problems

Professional Verification

You must provide a CV with real project history

You must be able to prove you actually did the work listed (details below)

Nice to Have

E-commerce experience

CI/CD, testing, observability

Performance optimization experience

Past technical leadership

Compensation & Terms

€700–€750 EUR per month (fixed)

40 hours/week, flexible schedule, but overlap required for communication

Long-term role if performance is excellent

You must be able to provide a monthly invoice for the agreed amount

Small scoped task similar to our platform (Next.js + Supabase + RLS)

Must deliver clean code + short written explanation

Step 4 — Trial Period
