Remote • Collaborative • Multi-Stage Project
Role: Senior FlutterFlow + Supabase Developer
Type: Contract / Project-Based (Potential for Long-Term)
We are looking for a highly skilled FlutterFlow + Supabase developer to join us in building a multi-phase consumer platform.
This is a long-term, logic-heavy build that requires a developer who enjoys taking ideas, flows, and concepts and turning them into fully functioning FlutterFlow applications — without relying on Figma or pre-built wireframes.
Instead of fully designed mockups, you will receive concepts, examples, and creative direction, along with brand style guidance. You will be responsible for translating these into clean, functional, user-friendly screens and workflows directly inside FlutterFlow.
???? Project Stages (Your Long-Term Growth Path)
Stage 1 — Current Stage
Consumer Web App: A responsive web app for end users (pet owners) built inside FlutterFlow.
Core Flows: Public scanning pages, multi-step onboarding, authentication, and tag claiming logic.
Note: The Admin/Organization portal is being built separately. Your focus is 100% on the End User experience.
Stage 2 — Next Stage (You grow with us)
Native Mobile App: Launch of the iOS/Android app for end users (built in FlutterFlow).
Advanced Features: Push notifications, offline mode, and enhanced user dashboards.
The person hired today will continue across these stages if collaboration goes well.
???? Who You Are
Logic-First: A Senior FlutterFlow builder who understands backend logic, not just UI.
Supabase Native: Very comfortable with Auth, RLS, Tables, and RPCs.
Creative: Able to create clean UI directly in FlutterFlow using only conceptual guidance (No Figma reliance).
Collaborative: A transparent communicator who is comfortable working directly with the founder.
???? Responsibilities
1. FlutterFlow Development
Build screens, flows, and components directly inside FlutterFlow.
Create intuitive UX from high-level ideas, not pixel-perfect Figma files.
Ensure responsiveness across mobile/desktop.
Use clean component structures, organized variables, and scalable logic.
2. Supabase Integration
Connect FlutterFlow to Supabase (Auth, Storage, RLS, RPCs).
Implement secure data reads/writes that respect RLS.
Debug permission errors and SQL-related issues.
3. Logic & Flow Implementation
Conditional routing and state-based redirects.
Multi-step flows for onboarding and account setup.
User dashboards and profile management.
Error handling, form validation, and edge-case logic.
4. Collaboration
Weekly deep-dive review meetings (30–45 minutes).
1–2 brief standups/async updates as needed.
Open communication for questions and clarification.
????? Required Skills
Strong FlutterFlow experience (beyond drag-and-drop).
Strong Supabase experience (Auth + RLS + RPC functions).
Ability to create UI/UX layouts without Figma files.
Ability to architect clean logic flows.
???? Workstyle
Collaborative and Organized.
Flexible compensation depending on experience and output.
Long-term growth opportunity through multiple product stages.
???? HOW TO APPLY (Read Carefully)
Inside your message, you must include:
A Loom Video Link: A screen-share video showing you working inside a complex FlutterFlow project. IMPORTANT: Show the backend logic, variable structure, action flows, and Supabase integrations — not just a live preview of the app.
Compensation: Your preferred hourly rate or monthly salary expectation.
The "Hardest Bug" Question: Answer this question clearly: "What is the hardest bug you’ve ever fixed in Supabase?" Briefly explain the issue, how you diagnosed it, and how you solved it.
