We are not looking for a prompt engineer.
We are not looking for someone who “uses ChatGPT well.”

We are looking for a senior AI systems architect who can design and implement a structured, private AI assistant trained strictly on our internal knowledge base.

If you have not built real AI systems before, this role is not for you.

THE MISSION

We are a knowledge-intensive organization with extensive proprietary educational, analytical, and operational materials.

We want to build a private AI assistant that:

-Understands our internal frameworks and methodologies
-Synthesizes information across multiple documents
-Assists in research and structured analysis
-Drafts outputs aligned with our internal logic
-Operates within strict guardrails
-Uses only our curated materials unless explicitly instructed

This is not basic document search.
This is building a controlled AI research and analysis system.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

-A structured AI knowledge architecture
-A private internal AI research assistant
-A system capable of synthesis, analysis, and structured output
-Proper retrieval and reasoning workflows
-Guardrails to minimize hallucination and knowledge drift
-Clear documentation so our team can use and maintain the system

If your solution is “just upload everything into ChatGPT,” this role is not for you.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

You must have real experience with:

-OpenAI API
-Building AI systems for real clients or companies
-Retrieval-based systems (RAG or similar frameworks)
-Working with large structured and unstructured data
-Designing systems, not just writing prompts

Bonus if familiar with:

-Gemini
-NotebookLM
-AI workflow automation
-Knowledge base architecture

We are looking for builders and system thinkers.
