Sales/Appointment Setter - Virtual Assistant

We're a growing cleaning company looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a front-line sales role, not an admin position. You will be the first voice our customers hear, and your ability to build rapport, understand their needs, and close quotes is what we're hiring for.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and respond to leads via phone, text, and email
Qualify customer needs and match them to the right service
Prepare and send accurate quotes using our Jobber CRM and GoHighLevel CRM
Follow up with prospects to close open quotes
Schedule confirmed jobs into our booking system
Maintain clean, up-to-date records in Jobber and GoHighLevel for every lead and customer interaction

What We're Looking For

Clear, professional spoken and written English (a voice recording sample is required with your application)
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
Comfortable on the phone and confident handling objections
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
GoHighLevel CRM experience is a strong plus
Experience working with a cleaning company is also a strong plus!

Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST. We work with candidates who are experienced with US time zone shifts.

Compensation
$5/hr based on experience, with performance incentives as the role grows.
