What You Will Be Doing:

- Sales & Lead Management – Manage inbound leads, track follow-ups, and optimize conversions.
- Clinic Leadership – Lead client conversations to attract, convert, and retain clients while preventing cancellations.
- Client Engagement & Sales Support – Nurture leads, handle objections, and confidently guide clients to book appointments.
- Sales-Driven Marketing & Outreach – Support social media campaigns, schedule high-converting posts, and assist with targeted marketing.
- Team & Leadership Support – Align with business goals, maintain clear communication on Slack, and reinforce a results-driven culture.

Essential Requirements:

We are looking for someone who wants to grow and stay, being a real part of the team. This is a full-time role (up to 45 hours/week max). You must have the capacity to work within set hours that fit in with the clinics needs.
