West Village Interior ( ---------- ) is a high-end interior design firm serving offices, retail stores and homeowners in New York City. We specialize in transforming spaces with luxury designs, tailored aesthetics, and expert craftsmanship. Our clientele includes realtors, homebuilders, contractors, and property developers who seek high-quality interior design solutions. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales with NYC-based clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Make 20-30 outbound calls per day to NYC-area real estate professionals.
2. Follow up with warm leads to book design consultations.
3. Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, calls, follow-ups, and closed deals.
4. Conduct 30-40 design consultations per month through direct outreach and follow-ups.
5. Build strategic referral partnerships with NYC-based realtors, contractors, and home stagers.
6. Convert leads into 2-4 closed sales per month, with project sizes ranging from $5,000 - $25,000.

What We’re Looking For
1. 5+ years of experience in sales, real estate, home services, or interior design sales.
2. Strong ability to sell high-ticket services to affluent clients.
3. Fluent in English with a neutral or American-accented tone.
4. Ability to build trust with NYC homeowners and handle objections effectively.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable with a commission plus salary role.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools, cold-calling software, and lead-tracking systems.
7. Comfortable using Facebook, LinkedIn, and online communities for lead generation.
8. Must be available to work NYC business hours (9amET - 5pmET).

Compensation & Earnings Potential
This role includes a reasonable base salary for stability while still offering uncapped commissions. Salary of $1k-$1.5k plus commissions of $500-$1.5k per month, averaging $1.7k to $2.5k per month total.
