Staff Connect is partnering with the client to continue expanding their offshore operations team in the Philippines by hiring experienced leaders who can drive sales performance, oversee operations, and support team growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead and supervise a remote customer operations and sales team supporting automotive service operations across Australia.

This role combines sales leadership, operational supervision, team coaching, and workflow management in a fast-paced environment where urgency, customer service, and conversion performance are critical.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inbound sales management, customer operations, and leading high-performing teams in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

* Supervise and support the daily performance of the customer operations and sales team
* Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, sales performance, and operational efficiency
* Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
* Provide ongoing training in customer communication, objection handling, and operational processes
* Ensure the team consistently delivers excellent customer service and achieves sales targets
* Escalate and resolve operational or customer service issues when required

Sales Oversight & Revenue Growth

* Oversee inbound sales operations and ensure strong enquiry-to-booking conversion rates
* Support the team in maximising every inbound sales opportunity
* Monitor booking accuracy and customer interactions
* Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational processes
* Assist in developing sales strategies and performance improvement initiatives

Operations Supervision

* Oversee live operational coordination across Australia
* Ensure urgent customer jobs are managed efficiently and accurately
* Monitor scheduling, booking updates, customer communication, and job progression
* Ensure operational workflows and procedures are followed correctly
* Support the team in handling high-pressure and time-sensitive customer situations

Quality Control & Compliance

* Review completed jobs, booking records, and operational updates for accuracy
* Identify operational gaps, missed opportunities, or workflow inefficiencies
* Maintain compliance with internal procedures and service standards
* Assist in updating templates, SOPs, and operational documentation

Collaboration & Process Improvement

* Participate in leadership meetings, training sessions, and operational planning
* Work closely with management to improve customer experience and team performance
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new tea ---------- mbers
* Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing remote team culture

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in:
* Inbound sales leadership or sales management
* Automotive services, operations coordination, or customer operations
* High-volume customer service environments
* Proven experience managing or supervising remote teams
* Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
* Excellent sales, objection handling, and customer communication abilities
* Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
* Strong understanding of fast-paced operational workflows and urgent customer situations
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Reliable work-from-home setup with stable internet connection

Highly Regarded

* Experience in automotive services or vehicle-related operations
* Experience working with Australian customers or operations
* Knowledge of Australian geography and service coordination
* Background in transport coordination or fast-paced operational environments
* Experience with KPI reporting and operational performance analysis
