About Us

Grand Champ Bootcamp (GCB) is the leading Rocket League coaching community, helping players rank up with expert coaching, live training events, and a thriving competitive environment. We receive daily inquiries from players looking to improve, and we need an Inbound Sales Representative to guide them to the right offer.

Role Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for players who reach out for coaching. Your job is to quickly engage, qualify, and direct each lead to the best option based on their age, skill level, and goals. Most leads will either be directed to book a call with our team, be onboarded into our paid coaching community, or be given access to our free courses and resources. Your role is to determine where they fit best and guide them through the process.

Most of the leads will come from my YouTube channel, SpookLuke, where I have a large audience of Rocket League players looking to improve. These are warm leads who already watch my content and trust my expertise, so your role is not about convincing them to care—it’s about helping them find the right fit.

Because of this, you must be familiar with my content and willing to learn about Rocket League coaching, training methods, and the gaming space. While we provide an AI-generated messaging outline to help structure responses, critical thinking is required to ensure each player is directed to the best fit for them.

This is not high-pressure sales—it’s about having natural, helpful conversations that ensure every lead gets the best possible experience and offer for them.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly – Engage with inbound leads via text-based messaging (Discord, email, etc.).
- Use AI guidance – Follow AI-assisted messaging templates while adapting as needed.
- Understand our YouTube content – Be familiar with SpookLuke videos and coaching philosophy.
- Ask the right questions – Identify their age, rank, and coaching goals.
- Direct leads to the right offer – Move them through our qualification system.
- Think critically – Make judgment calls to ensure each player is matched correctly.
- Track conversations – Maintain clear records of leads and outcomes.
- Follow up as needed – Re-engage leads who didn’t take action.

- Strong communicator – You can type quickly, clearly, and with personality.
- Personable and helpful – You enjoy chatting with players and guiding them.
- Detail-oriented – You remember key info and follow up effectively.
- Self-motivated – You take ownership and don’t need constant oversight.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using AI-assisted messaging tools while thinking independently.
- Gaming-savvy – Familiarity with Rocket League, esports, or gaming communities is a must.
- Willing to learn – You are open to understanding our YouTube content, training programs, and coaching structure.
