We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Administrator & Virtual Assistant with Pipedrive CRM expertise to start immediately. You will be responsible for managing and closing sales in the energy sector (electricity & gas) using our existing Pipedrive setup while also assisting with administrative and sales processing tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the CRM system quickly, work efficiently, and require minimal supervision.

???? Job Responsibilities:

???? Sales & CRM Management
? Analyse customer energy bills (electricity & gas) and offer better deals.
? Close sales fast – our products are easy to sell!
? Fully manage the sales process from lead generation to registration.
? Ensure 100% lead follow-up and response within 24 hours.
? Update & maintain Pipedrive CRM accurately.
? Work independently with minimal management.
? Drive high conversion rates and maximize sales opportunities.

???? Sales Processing & Administration (Base Pay Tasks)
? Process inbound sales received via the website (verify details, update CRM).
? Handle commercial paperwork for completed sales (ensure accuracy and timely submission).
? Track and report processed sales daily.
? Assist with virtual assistant tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and email management.
? Manage CRM reports, organize leads, and handle administrative duties.

???? Compensation & Commission Structure:
???? Base Pay: €5 per hour (covers administrative & sales processing tasks).???? Commissions:
???? Single Fuel (Electricity OR Gas): €5 - €15 per sale
???? Dual Fuel (Electricity AND Gas): €12 - €30 per sale
???? Bonus: €500 extra if you hit 200+ sales per month!

????Expected Monthly Earnings:
???? 100 Sales = €1,500+
???? 200 Sales = €2,500+
???? 300 Sales = €3,500+

???? Payment Terms:

? Base pay is paid weekly in arrears (work this week, get paid the following Friday).
? Commissions are paid monthly in arrears (commissions for this month are paid at the end of the following month).
? Bonuses are paid along with commissions.

???? Requirements:

? Must have prior experience with Pipedrive CRM – must be able to see our setup and start working immediately.
? Experience in energy/utility sales preferred (but not required).
? Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) – MUST be fluent.
? Exceptionally strong and reliable internet connection required.
? Self-motivated, focused, and highly adaptable.
? Fast learner with minimal need for management.
? Strong internet connection & quiet home workspace.
? Willing to work 6-7 days per week.
? Experience with administrative and virtual assistant tasks is a plus.
