SPANISH Speaker Medical VA - SPANISH SPEAKERS ONLY!!!

Our team is in need of a SPANISH SPEAKING VA who has the following:

- can speak SPANISH fluently
- Must have at least 1 year experience working as a Medical VA with prior authorization, benefits and eligibility, scheduling and managing calendar.
- must have good communication skills - ENGLISH and SPANISH
- must be comfortable speaking with providers and patients
- willing to work nigh shift (EST)
- willing to work on SATURDAY (half-day) on rotation

• will help in scheduling of established, and new, patient appointments
• will help with incoming calls
• Verify patient information, collection of copay, co-insurance, and balances
• Address patient inquiries, schedule return visits
• Give directions to appointment location.
• Call and send text reminders of appointments and check voicemails
