SAAS Support/Onboarding Specialist for Go High Level

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to the modified HighLevel platform by guiding them through setup and best practices.

Provide comprehensive training sessions, equipping clients with the knowledge to leverage the platform’s enhanced features effectively.

Offer ongoing support, addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions to maximize platform adoption.

Consult with clients on strategy, helping them optimize workflows and automation to drive business growth.

Analyze client data and reports, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.

Proactively upsell relevant services and features, demonstrating how additional tools can enhance client success.

Monitor client satisfaction and retention, implementing strategies to minimize churn and improve long-term engagement.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Prior experience in a SAAS environment, particularly with Go-HighLevel, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms.

Proficiency in HighLevel, Zapier, and creating integrations between multiple platforms, ensuring seamless workflows and automation.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts in a clear and actionable manner.

A solid background in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, and website optimization, to provide valuable insights to clients.

Deep knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation, with expertise in setting up integrations and custom workflows.

Proficiency in data analysis, using marketing metrics and client reports to drive performance improvements.

Strong organizational skills and independence, capable of managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
