Coast Mountain Roof Ltd. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative/Executive Assistant to support our team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for someone who can communicate professionally, follow scripts and systems, and provide exceptional support remotely.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers helping them navigate our services, schedule appointments, and deliver the excellent service our brand is known for across British Columbia.

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a professional and courteous manner
Follow structured call scripts and templates - while knowing when to adapt based on the situation
Book appointments, collect customer details, and enter data accurately into our CRM
Support our sales and operations teams by triaging inquiries and routing information appropriately
Create draft proposals, work orders and project reports
Provide timely responses and updates to customers with professionalism and empathy
Maintain clear records of all communications and customer interactions
Accounting software data entry (Possible)

Must-Haves:

Strong written and spoken English communication skills
High-speed internet and reliable home office setup with 2 monitors
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Tech savvy and able to learn CRM, chat, and scheduling platforms
Ability to follow scripts and directions precisely, with common sense
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

$5 - $9 CAD/hour, based on experience and qualifications to start

Remote, full-time position
