If we had to compare it to something, the closest thing would be stocks or crypto trading—but for hotels. It’s all about data, numbers, and patterns. A highly dynamic environment where your decisions directly impact how much money our hotels make (or lose).

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working with big online platforms where hotels compete with thousands of others. These platforms rank hotels based on complex algorithms. Your job?

Find ways to «cheat the system» (not literally—we don’t break rules, but we do find creative ways to win).
Optimize hotel pricing in real-time using advanced tools.
Analyze booking patterns and maximize revenue by adjusting rates multiple times a day.
Hack exposure and rankings to make sure our hotels stand out.
It’s fast, it’s competitive, and it’s all about growth hacking.

Who You Need to Be
Tech is your second nature. Maybe you’re a gamer, crypto trader, hacker, or web developer. You won’t be doing those things here, but the skills translate well.
You thrive in data-driven environments. You love numbers, patterns, and figuring out how systems work.
You’re hardworking and consistent. No micromanagement here—just show up, work hard for 8 hours, and we’re good.
Experience? Doesn’t Matter.
