Now Hiring: Property Manager / Office Manager – Team Lead for Short & Long-Term Rentals
We are a U.S.-based property management and real estate investment company that has been in business since 2006. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead and oversee our team of agents and operations. This is a long-term role focused on process implementation, financial oversight, and team management to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Our portfolio includes residential homes, short-term rentals, long-term rentals, real estate acquisitions, construction, and investor relations. We also work with realtors and renovation clients. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and operational expertise.
What You’ll Do
As the Property Manager & Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing a team of agents, ensuring financial profitability, and improving processes. Your main focus will be on efficiency, income tracking, expense control, and strategic improvements.
Core Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Process Implementation: Manage and train a team of agents to ensure smooth property operations, adherence to processes, and efficiency.
Financial Oversight: Track income, expenses, invoices, and budgets to ensure profitability and cost control.
Property Oversight: Manage long-term and short-term rentals, ensuring smooth leasing, tenant management, and property maintenance.
Tenant & Guest Relations: Handle leasing, tenant inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and dispute resolution.
Maintenance Coordination: Oversee repairs, inspections, and work orders, ensuring timely completion and cost management.
Cleaning & Turnover Management: Ensure short-term rental properties are properly cleaned and restocked between stays.
Marketing & Acquisition: Oversee property listings on Craigslist,
Reporting & System Optimization: Ensure all data is updated, tracked, and organized within our property management software.

-Orders & Inventory – Track property supplies, warranties, and purchases.
- Maintenance & Repairs – Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely repairs.
- Marketing & Property Acquisition – Oversee property listings and marketing strategies.
- Tenant Relations & Client Management – Ensure tenant satisfaction and timely communication.
- Cleaner Coordination & Management – Supervise the cleaning team for property turnovers.
- Financial & Profitability Management – Monitor income, expenses, budget, and ensure financial efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in property management, team leadership, and financial oversight is required.
- Excellent organization & time management skills – ability to optimize processes and increase profitability.
