Remote Dispatcher - Transportation Operations

We are currently looking for a DISPATCHER who can support our operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is calm under pressure, organized, and serious about long-term remote work.

This role is especially important because transportation work can move quickly. Reservations change, drivers need updates, customers ask questions, and the team must stay on top of details in real time.

What You’ll Do:
•Help monitor scheduled rides and reservations
•Communicate with drivers and internal tea ---------- mbers
•Assist with customer updates and trip-related questions
•Make sure trip details, notes, and updates are clear
•Follow company dispatch procedures
•Help during busy periods, shift coverage needs, or team absences
•Escalate urgent issues when needed
•Support the team with accurate and timely communication

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have:
•At least 2 YEARS of relevant work experience
•Strong written English communication
•Proper remote work setup with DUAL MONITORS
•Fast and stable internet connection
•Backup internet plan
•Quiet and professional work environment
•Ability to work during assigned scheduled hours
•Strong attention to detail
•Willingness to follow company procedures
•Good attitude toward feedback and improvement
