Calimingo Pools is a US-based pool construction company specializing in high-quality residential pool projects. We're growing fast and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Filipino virtual assistant to join our team long-term as our Remote Construction Operations Specialist — someone who can help us keep our construction projects running smoothly every single day.
What You'll Do
As our Remote Construction Operations Specialist, you'll be the right hand of our operations and project management team — keeping projects on track, coordinating with vendors and field crews, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Your daily tasks will include:
-Updating and managing project boards in Trello (and our construction PM tools)
-Monitoring daily progress of multiple active pool construction projects
-Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams
-Tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and material schedules
-Preparing daily and weekly project status reports
-Communicating with clients via email and phone (professional English required)
-Scheduling appointments, inspections, and site visits
-Following up on tasks and escalating issues to the operations manager
-Helping improve workflows, templates, and SOPs

Must-Have Qualifications
-At least 2 years of experience as a VA, project coordinator, or operations specialist
-Hands-on experience with Trello (or similar PM tools like Asana, ClickUp, ---------- )
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Able to work full-time graveyard shift (8 AM – 5 PM PST)
-Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps) and backup power/internet
-Quiet, professional work-from-home setup with a working headset and webcam
-Proactive, dependable, and great at following through

Nice to Have (Big Plus!)
-Experience working with US-based construction, real estate, or home services companies
-Familiarity with Prodbx, Procore, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct
-Background in purchasing, procurement, or vendor coordination
-Knowledge of construction terms and processes
-Experience using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRMs
