About the Role

We are a US-based real estate media company producing cinematic property videos, agent branding reels, and social media content for luxury real estate listings. We are currently looking for one experienced Real Estate Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has already built a body of work in real estate video editing and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of real estate video editing experience (required)
Final Cut Pro proficiency (required, non-negotiable)
Hands-on experience with Motion VFX plugins (required)
Kinetic Text animation skills (required)
Experience producing vertical reels for social media platforms
Strong eye for color grading, pacing, and cinematic storytelling
Reliable internet connection and personal editing workstation
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to commit to 8 hours daily within the 1PM to 12AM PH time window


Responsibilities

Edit cinematic property walkthrough videos for luxury real estate listings
Produce vertical reels for agent social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Apply kinetic text animations and Motion VFX plugins to enhance video output
Maintain consistent style, pacing, and quality across all deliverables
Communicate proactively with the team on project status and timelines
Meet daily output targets with next-day turnaround standards

Real estate video editing experience is required. General video editing experience alone will not be considered.
You must use Final Cut Pro as your primary editing software.
You must be familiar with Motion VFX and Kinetic Text animations.
You must submit a portfolio that includes real estate cinematic videos and social media reels featuring agents or properties. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
