Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in real estate transactions? We're hiring a Transaction Coordinator & Admin Assistant to support our fast-growing real estate firm.

???? What You’ll Do:
?? Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing (US-based deals)
?? Update CRM with client details, follow-ups & transaction progress
?? Handle email & calendar management, schedule meetings, and follow up with clients
?? Create marketing graphics & social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
?? Answer client inquiries & assist with contract-related questions
?? Organize transaction timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and update stakeholders

???? What We’re Looking For:
? Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination (US-based experience preferred)
? Strong administrative & customer service skills
? Tech-savvy – CRM, email marketing, and social media management
? Highly organized, proactive, and great at following processes
? Fluent in English (written & spoken)

? Work Schedule:
Part-time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8am - 12pm | Tuesday & Thursday: 10am - 2pm (must be available during CST business hours)
Zoom meetings required during shifts
