About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor to join our growing real estate media team. This role is responsible for transforming property photography into polished, market-ready imagery that helps premium homes stand out online.

You will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our post-production workflow. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional work that exceeds client expectations.

## Key Responsibilities

### Advanced Photo Retouching & Enhancement

* Remove clutter, distractions, and unwanted objects from property images.
* Perform realistic Photoshop edits and AI-assisted enhancements while maintaining a natural appearance.
* Correct imperfections, repair minor defects, and improve the overall presentation of spaces.
* Replace or improve elements where required while preserving architectural accuracy.

### Colour Grading & Image Finishing

* Professionally edit and colour grade images
* Balance exposure, contrast, white balance, and colour consistency across entire property galleries.
* Enhance images to achieve a bright, clean, premium real estate aesthetic.
* Ensure all delivered images meet company quality standards.

### File Management & Delivery Preparation

* Organise and sort image galleries into a clear and consistent folder structure.
* Review image sets for quality control and completeness before delivery.
* Export final files in the required formats and resolutions.
* Prepare projects so they are client-ready, allowing seamless delivery with minimal additional handling.

## What We're Looking For

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
* Experience editing real estate, architectural, interior, or commercial photography.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify issues before delivery.
* Strong understanding of colour correction, retouching, and image optimisation.
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
* Organised, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with modern AI editing tools and workflows is highly desirable.
