Real Estate Copywriter & Video Planner

We are looking for a creative and driven Real Estate Copywriter & Video Planner to join our growing landed property team.

Your role will focus on creating engaging property marketing content, planning video ideas, and helping us grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Job Scope:
• Write compelling property listing descriptions and marketing captions
• Plan and organise property video content and shooting flow
• Assist in scripting for home tour videos and social media content
• Create daily write-ups for landed property listings
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, and marketing team
• Manage and schedule social media postings
• Research property trends and buyer interests for content ideas

Requirements:
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with good storytelling ability
• Preferably with real estate background or interest in property market
• Familiar with social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing is preferred

Bonus:
• Knowledge of Singapore property market
• Experience planning short-form videos / reels
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, or editing tools

Work Arrangement:
