JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:

Managing and responding to emails

Organizing and updating ClickUp tasks

Following up with vendors, utility companies, title companies, and service providers

Scheduling utilities, inspections, and appointments

Organizing invoices, receipts, and project documents

Tracking outstanding tasks and reminding management of overdue items

Coordinating administrative items related to construction and real estate projects

Maintaining organized digital files and records

Assisting with communication follow-up

Providing daily summaries of completed and pending tasks

Assisting with social media management and content scheduling

Monitoring and responding to social media messages and comments

Helping maintain consistent posting across company social media platforms

Important Expectations
This role is not task-by-task micromanagement.

We are looking for someone proactive who understands that administrative, operational, and social media-related tasks fall under their responsibility unless instructed otherwise.

You should be comfortable:

asking questions when necessary

Required Skills
Excellent English communication

Strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work independently

Professional communication skills

Experience with Google Workspace preferred

Experience with ClickUp, Slack, QuickBooks, social media management tools, or real estate/construction administration is a plus

Accountability & Tracking

Time tracking software during shifts

to track active work time and productivity during scheduled shifts.
