Project-Based Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel, Automation & Google Business Profile Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled, independent Virtual Assistant to help set up and optimise GoHighLevel websites, automation workflows, Google Business Profiles, and GoHighLevel Voice AI & Chat AI bots for small businesses.

This is a project-based gig, paid in US dollars, with potential for ongoing projects for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage GoHighLevel websites with features such as:
Contact forms
Calendars / booking
GoHighLevel Chat AI bots
GoHighLevel Voice AI bots
Missed call notifications
Review activation & 5-star review automation
Complete and optimise all GoHighLevel SEO fields for each page (meta titles, meta descriptions, URL slugs)

- Set up automations behind forms, calendars, chatbots, and client communications
- Optimise and manage Google Business Profiles (setup, verification, services, photos, posts, messaging)
- Some projects may require guiding clients through their GoHighLevel system, including websites, chatbots, Voice AI bots, calendars, forms, and the mobile app. This can include demonstrations and answering questions, but most projects are technical setup only.
- Test, troubleshoot, and verify all systems, automations, and SEO settings are working correctly before marking the project complete
- Potential future tasks: invoicing automation, advanced workflow automations

Requirements:
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)
-Experienced in GoHighLevel, automation workflows, Voice AI and Chat AI bots
-Experienced in Google Business Profile optimisation
-Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
-Capable of learning new tools quickly and following SOPs
-Must have prior experience implementing GoHighLevel Voice AI and Chat AI bots, ideally for client-facing communication
