Love keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and launches moving forward?

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Product Launch Operations Manager to help bring new wellness and supplement products to market.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to make sure every launch stays on track from idea to launch day. You’ll manage timelines, follow up on tasks, solve blockers, and help teams stay focused and accountable.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, loves organizing moving parts, and knows how to push projects forward without needing constant direction.

You’ll also work directly with leadership, including the CEO, and play a big part in helping the company grow and scale smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full launch process from product idea to market launch
- Build and manage project timelines in Asana
- Make sure tasks, deadlines, and priorities stay updated and organized
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams
- Lead weekly check-ins and progress meetings
- Make sure everyone knows what needs to happen and when
- Follow up on pending tasks, delays, and blockers
- Help solve problems before they affect launch timelines
- Track progress across multiple launches at the same time
- Help improve workflows, templates, and project systems
- Keep Asana clean, organized, and updated
- Create better ways for teams to collaborate and stay efficient
- Share regular launch updates and reports with leadership
- Maintain product roadmaps and real-time status tracking

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Operations, or similar roles
- Strong experience using Asana, ClickUp, ---------- , or similar tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Proactive and confident when following up with teams
- Experience working with remote teams or US-based clients
- Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills including trackers and reporting
- Must have a stable internet connection and reliable work setup
- Must have overlap with US Pacific Time for meetings and team coordination

Nice to Have
- Experience in supplements, wellness, ecommerce, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with Shopify or Amazon
- Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, or agencies
- Background in operations, inventory, or supply chain

Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: 75,000 PHP per month
- Paid Tim e Off and Paid Holidays
-100% Work From Home
