Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible depending on candidate)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, and optimise business systems using Microsoft’s Power Platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems, building scalable solutions, and working closely with business stakeholders.
You will play a key role in developing internal tools and client solutions, leveraging Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and emerging AI capabilities such as Copilot Agents.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
Develop and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and data structures
Create and manage Power Automate flows and solutions
Build and deploy Copilot Agents to enhance automation and user experience
Integrate systems across Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms
Develop dashboards and visual reporting using Power BI
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Maintain documentation and ensure solutions are supportable and secure

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong expertise in:
Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles)
Power Apps (Apps, Forms, UI/UX best practices)
Power Automate (Flows, Solutions, integrations)
Experience building and deploying Copilot Agents or similar AI-driven automation tools
Solid understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, connectors, workflows)
Ability to design structured, scalable solutions—not just quick fixes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable (Nice to Have)
Experience with Power BI (dashboards, data modelling, reporting)
Exposure to Azure services or broader Microsoft ecosystem
Experience working in an MSP or fast-paced service environment
Understanding of governance, compliance, and solution lifecycle management

What We’re Looking For
Someone who can own solutions end-to-end, not just build components
Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
A practical mindset—focused on building solutions that actually get used

Why Join Us
Work on real-world business automation projects (not just theory)
Opportunity to lead and shape how systems are built
Flexible working arrangements
Growing organisation with a strong focus on efficiency and innovation

How to Apply
Submit your resume along with examples of Power Platform solutions you’ve built (screenshots, descriptions, or links where possible).
