Personal Assistant / Virtual Assistant (VA) – Web Design, Marketing, Music & Strategic Support

I am looking for a reliable, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant / Virtual Assistant to support my growing personal and professional projects. This is a role that combines administrative support, web design, digital marketing, strategic planning, music-related tasks, and AI-powered productivity.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take initiative, think outside the box, and help turn ideas into action. You must be comfortable with flexible odd working hours and be aligned with Christian values.
11pm-11am PH time

Key Responsibilities
• Daily Operations & Communication
• Manage phone calls, text messages, and emails (draft brief replies; flag urgent ones for direct calls)
• Send daily reminders and keep me on schedule (lots of calls*)
• Compile a daily report covering web updates, music tasks, texts/emails, news, Instagram activity, and key updates from friends/contacts
• Maintain contacts in a CRM with detailed descriptions and reminders
• Answer calls for “Coast Bees” based on my availability
• Web & Digital Marketing
• Build and maintain websites + calendars
• Create strategic LinkedIn posts and Instagram content
• Design label graphics and other marketing materials
• Pin events with flyers and dates
• Help grow personal brand (profile, email list, etc.)
• Music & Creative Tasks
• Assist with music projects (especially violin or cello knowledge is a big plus)
• Create songs (Christmas and popular tracks) and upload to Spotify
• Support music-related website and calendar management
• Strategic Planning & Special Projects
• Plan career goals and work daily toward them
• Research wedding event planners, job opportunities, and other targets
• Brainstorm more effective ways to do things
• Plan goals for Coast Bees, violin, real estate, and aviation projects
• Event planning support
• List items for sale (you’ll receive photos to post)
• Administrative & AI Tasks
• Use AI tools daily for efficiency
• Input and organize data in CRM/AT systems
• Delete AI history and maintain privacy
• Compile daily schedules based on Google inputs and specific goals
• Light research and content tasks (Pinterest & Instagram)
• Personal & Faith-Based
• Join daily meetings to start the day
• Read the Bible and support faith-aligned work

Requirements & Qualifications
• Must-Haves:
• Excellent clear English speaking skills (for phone calls)
• Strong Christian faith – regular church attendance and service
• Proficient with AI tools
• Experience or strong interest in website design
• Knowledge of music (violin or cello preferred)
• Fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
• Good with Grammarly and professional writing
• Comfortable with flexible hours (roughly 11 AM – 11 PM Philippine time window)
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience with CRM systems, Zoom Premium, content creation, graphic design, or marketing.

Compensation
• Starting Rate: $1.50 (93php) – $4.80 (295php) per hour (depending on experience and skills)
• Transition to full-time salary position after proven work ethic and consistent performance
