Personal Assistant

I am looking for a highly detail-oriented personal assistant to help me find and shortlist luxury Airbnb / rental properties for content filming, travel, and temporary stays.

This is not a basic “find cheap Airbnb” role. I need someone who has a strong eye for design, aesthetics, interiors, architecture, and luxury presentation. You should understand what makes a property look premium on camera, not just what looks “nice.”

The ideal person can look at a house and immediately understand whether it feels modern, high-end, masculine, cinematic, clean, spacious, and visually impressive. I am looking for someone who can identify properties with strong natural lighting, beautiful interior design, large open spaces, glass windows, luxury kitchens, pools, mountain/ocean/desert views, office areas, and areas that would look good for YouTube, short-form content, and lifestyle filming.

You will be responsible for researching properties across Airbnb, Vrbo, Giggster, Peerspace, Wander, AvantStay, and similar platforms. You will compare options based on price, location, size, design quality, filming potential, reviews, host rules, and whether filming or content creation is allowed.

Your job will include creating organized shortlists with links, screenshots, pricing, pros and cons, location details, and your recommendation. I want someone who can think critically and explain why a property is good or bad, not just send me a random list of links.

You must have excellent taste, strong research skills, and the ability to understand a specific aesthetic. I am looking for properties that feel like luxury founder / CEO / modern mansion content — not generic family vacation homes.

Responsibilities:

Research luxury Airbnb, Vrbo, Giggster, Peerspace, Wander, AvantStay, and similar listings.

Find large, visually impressive homes suitable for filming content.

Shortlist properties based on design, size, lighting, view, layout, price, and overall aesthetic.

Contact hosts when needed to confirm filming rules, overnight stay rules, availability, and pricing.

Build clear comparison sheets with links, images, notes, pros, cons, and final recommendations.

Think independently and filter out low-quality or generic properties before sending them to me.

Requirements:

Strong eye for interior design, architecture, and luxury aesthetics.

Excellent English communication.

Very strong attention to detail.

Ability to research deeply and compare multiple platforms.

Ability to understand a creative direction and find properties that match it.

Organized, fast, and reliable.

Must be comfortable using Google Sheets, Airbnb, Vrbo, Giggster, Peerspace, and similar sites.
