JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing ecommerce company running multiple DTC brands, and we're looking for an A-Z AI video editor to create high-performing Meta ads on a project basis.

This isn't a "just edit the clips" role. You handle the full process: writing scripts (with AI), creating b-roll, talking heads, and editing it all into scroll-stopping ads. We give you a short brief per project (brand info, inspiration videos, and direction), and you take it from there.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Real experience editing video ads for DTC ecommerce brands
- A clear understanding of what makes a Meta ad actually convert
- Strong skills with AI tools in your workflow (scripting, b-roll, voiceover, avatars, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines

THE SETUP:
- $25 per finished video
- Projects of 8-10 videos = $250 per project
- Ads are usually 30-50 seconds, vertical, for Meta
- Turnaround is around 4 days per project (deadline set together with you)
- Revisions included until the ads are final
- You get access to our subscriptions for AI tools like Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and more
- Recurring work: minimum 4 projects per month
- We recommend CapCut, but use whatever gets the best result

TO APPLY, start your reply with "VideoEditor369" so we know you read everything.

Then answer these 4 questions (keep it short and direct):
1. Share your portfolio with at least 5 DTC ecommerce ads you've personally edited. If any of them performed well, drop the rough numbers (ROAS, CTR, or spend they ran on).
2. In your opinion, what makes a video ad actually convert? Give us your top 3 elements.
3. Which AI tools do you currently use in your workflow, and what do you use each one for?
4. Walk us through how you'd take a single brief to a finished batch of 8-10 ads. How long would that realistically take you?

Looking forward to seeing what you've got.
