Pencil Sketch Artist

We are seeking a talented Pencil Sketch Artist with a strong foundation in art theory, composition, and sketching techniques. This role requires an individual who can produce high-quality, expressive, and detailed pencil sketches across a range of subjects, from characters and portraits to landscapes and conceptual illustrations.

Responsibilities:
Create highly detailed pencil sketches based on given concepts, references, or creative briefs.
Apply strong fundamentals of art, including composition, anatomy, perspective, and shading.
Work with feedback to refine and improve sketches as needed.
Deliver clean, well-structured sketches suitable for digital scanning or further refinement.
Maintain consistency in artistic quality and style, following provided guidelines if necessary.

Requirements:
Strong traditional sketching skills with an emphasis on linework, shading, and form.
Deep understanding of art theory, including composition, perspective, anatomy, and lighting.
Ability to work with feedback and make revisions as required.
Experience sketching characters, environments, and conceptual ideas is a plus.
Must be able to deliver high-quality sketches on time and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing pencil sketches that demonstrate artistic skill and theoretical knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
Formal training in fine arts, illustration, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Experience working as an artist in a professional or freelance capacity.
Proficiency in scanning and cleaning up sketches digitally is a plus.
