Part Time Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Job Summary:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-up meetings, tracking project progress, identifying and escalating risks, and ensuring that our new mentees are effectively onboarded. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all tasks are on track and deliverables are met on time.

You will be handling 30 mentees which are divided to 5 Teams.

Daily Responsibilities
- Facilitate Daily Stand-up Meetings
- Track Project Progress and Report Status
- Identify and Escalate Project Risks or Issues
- Creation of User Story, AC, Task and Bugs


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. We use Basecamp.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to delegate tasks and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with software development processes and Agile methodologies.
