Part-Time Remote ArchiCAD Draftsman

I'm looking for a skilled ArchiCAD drafter to help with minor revisions on residential construction documents — things like builder feedback changes, engineering redlines, county corrections, and occasionally developing or modifying details. This is ongoing part-time work starting at 10 hours a week.
Must have:

Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD 27 or higher (If you only have AutoCAD or Revvit experience, you need not apply)
Excellent business-level English
Experience modifying and developing construction details
A real passion for drafting and strict attention to our design standards

You'll receive work through PDFs, hand sketches, site photos, videos, and Loom recordings. Communication is via email, ---------- , Dropbox, and Loom. Hours are completely flexible.
