Front Door Lettings is a Bristol-based letting agency doing things differently. We manage HMOs, student properties, and residential lets across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset - and we're growing fast. We're a small, ambitious team that values transparency, quality, and a no-nonsense approach to property management.
We've got a solid foundation and a clear direction. What we need now is someone to help us look as good as we are.
The Role
This is a part-time, ad-hoc position starting at a minimum of two days per week - with a clear path to a full-time role within 6 months as we scale.
You'll be working directly with the founders to shape how Front Door Lettings presents itself across every touchpoint - from a well-placed LinkedIn post to a letterbox leaflet. We have an existing brand identity that needs developing, refining, and making consistent - and we want someone who can take that and run with it.
Day-to-day, you could be working on:
Printed collateral - leaflets, flyers, and direct mail campaigns
Social media content - primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
Email
Website content and graphics
Brand development - building consistency and quality across everything we produce
What We're Looking For
You don't need to have worked in property before - but you do need to care about the work.
A sharp eye for detail and strong design instincts
The ability to take a brief (or half a brief) and turn it into something that looks great
Confident across both print and digital formats
Experience with Canva Pro or Figma - also, we're open to software that works for you
A portfolio that shows range - you can do clean and professional and creative and engaging
Someone who gets brand consistency and can help us build on what we have
16hrs a week, with UK morning hour cross-over e.g. 8am - 12noon UK time
Nice to have: experience in property, financial services, or other professional services sectors. Social media scheduling tool experience (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

Salary
60,000php per month (pro-rata)
