Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM CST (8-hour shift)

Your Role:
-Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Social Media Ads.
-Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing.
-Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns for better ROI.
-Collaborate with the team to develop effective ad strategies.
-Bonus: Basic knowledge of local SEO is a plus!

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience managing Google & Social Media Ads campaigns.
-Strong analytical skills to track and improve ad performance.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of local SEO (a plus but not required).
