Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with expertise in pre-fabricated steel structures to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and calculations, particularly related to pre-fabricated steel materials, with experience in the US construction industry.


Responsibilities:

Design and analyze pre-fabricated steel structures for various construction projects in the US.
Utilize BIM software to create detailed structural models and simulations.
Perform structural calculations and analyses to ensure the integrity and safety of designs.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop structural designs that meet US building codes and standards.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports for construction documentation compliant with US regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and provide recommendations.
Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication details, and material specifications, ensuring compliance with US standards.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Proven experience in structural design, particularly with prefabricated steel materials, within the US construction industry.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla Structures) and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
Strong knowledge of US structural engineering principles, codes (e.g., IBC, ASCE 7), and standards (e.g., AISC).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
