Operator/Integrator for Amazon Mentorship Program

We are looking for an experienced Operator/Integrator with a background in coaching, sales, or mentorship programs to help us scale our Amazon mentorship program.

Responsibilities:
Oversee lead conversion, onboarding, and fulfillment for mentorship clients
Manage sales teams, automation, and CRM systems for efficiency
Develop SOPs and workflows to improve operations
Work closely with the CEO to identify and fix bottlenecks
Track KPIs and sales metrics to drive growth

Requirements:
Proven experience in operations for coaching, sales, or mentorship programs
Strong knowledge of high-ticket sales, CRM tools, and automation
Ability to streamline, optimize, and scale business processes
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
Experience managing remote teams is a plus
