Operations & Marketing Executive (Strategic Partner to Founder)
Type: Part-time to start with (full-time after 3 to 6-month review, please apply only if you CAN commit to the full-time plan)
Reports to: The Founder
Working Hours: 09:00 - 13:00 UK Time
Pay: GBP 600 monthly

We are a global online education and membership business helping artists build confidence, creativity, and income.
The business is about to launch a “Creative Living” membership model, focused on:
Personal development for artists
Consistent content and engagement
Smaller, strategic launches (e.g. masterclasses)
**About the Role
This is a SENIOR, hands-on role heavily focused on operations and systems, with integrated marketing execution."
*You will:
-Work with the founder to shape and implement the strategy
-Your role is to turn the founder’s ideas into clear, consistent, revenue-generating execution.
-Own marketing execution and performance
-Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to growth
**Key Responsibilities:
*Team & Operational Oversight
-Provide ldirection to contractors (e.g. social media support)
-Ensure output aligns with marketing priorities
-Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
*Asset & System Organisation
-Maintain organised systems (Google Drive, Airtable, ClickUp)
-Manage content, testimonials, and campaign assets
-Manage
-Optimise funnels, automations, and conversion performance
-Track key metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue)
*Content & Messaging
-Manage the translation of the founder’s voice into authentic, high-converting copy
-Oversee messaging across
-Leverage testimonials and stories in campaigns
*Analytics & Optimisation
-Analyse performance across campaigns and launches
-Make data-led decisions and real-time improvements
-Report on conversions, revenue, and engagement
*Marketing Strategy & Execution
-Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and monthly masterclasses
-Implement marketing strategy using your own ideas and training courses provided
-Identify gaps and opportunities across the funnel
**What Success Looks Like (90 Days)
-Clear, consistent marketing plan being executed
-Improved
-Stronger alignment between content, messaging, and offers
-Founder freed from day-to-day marketing execution
-Team working with greater clarity and direction
-KPI targets met: 2% conversion rate achieved with 50+ monthly sign-ups to secure the 500-member annual goal.
**Ideal Candidate
-Proven experience in marketing digital products (courses, memberships, launches)
-Strong in
-Confident with data and performance tracking
-Able to balance creative thinking with commercial results
-Comfortable working closely with a founder and challenging ideas constructively
**Tools (Preferred)
-Flodesk (or similar)
-ClickUp
-Google Drive

-Calm under pressure (especially during launches)
-Strong communicator
-Detail-oriented with strategic thinking
-Experience in the creative space
-Strong knowledge as a FULL-STACK MARKETER and with a strong command of marketing terminology.
