Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking an Operations Manager (Amazon) to lead and manage our growing e-commerce operations team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all workflows related to Amazon Seller Central and preparing for expansion into future marketplaces such as TikTok Shop and Shopify.

Role Responsibilities
Team Management for Seller Central & Future Marketplaces: Lead and coordinate the team across all tasks related to Amazon Seller Central, while building readiness for TikTok Shop and Shopify operations.
Oversee daily operations including listings, inventory, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and company standards.
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with business goals.
Drive efficiency and stability in workflows.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through operational excellence.

Qualifications
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Amazon Seller Central operations and team management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, with exposure to TikTok Shop or Shopify preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to link performance data to operational outcomes.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Experience in cross-border e-commerce operations is a plus.
