Newsletter Manager – Email Copy & Campaign Execution (Long-Term Role)

I'm hiring a Newsletter Manager to own email marketing across several brands I run.

This is a long-term role with real ownership, not a one-off gig.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Write and send 3–5 newsletters per week across multiple brands
Build automations, welcome sequences, and segmented campaigns
A/B test subject lines, CTAs, send times, and offers
Grow the list (lead magnets, opt-in funnels, referral programs)
Manage deliverability and list hygiene
Report weekly on opens, clicks, revenue per email, and list growth

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of email/newsletter experience for ecommerce, SaaS, or content brands
Excellent written English — copy is the product, and I will judge writing samples hard
Hands-on with Klaviyo, Beehiiv, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or similar
Comfortable reading analytics and making data-driven decisions
Understanding of deliverability basics (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up)
Reliable internet and 4+ hours overlap with US Eastern Time


This role will start at 4 hours a day, scaling into 8 hours a day.
